This Privacy Policy governs the processing of the Users’ data collected in the context of the Website www.centromim.pt (hereinafter “Website”), by MIM– Metalurgia, Inovação e Mobilidade - Centro de Inovação e Tecnologia, Associação (Center for Metallurgy, Innovation and Mobility hereinafter “CENTROMIM”).
CENTROMIM is concerned with your privacy and adopts measures to protect your personal data. CENTROMIM is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data. However, CENTROMIM may, during the course of its activity, subcontract other entities to process the data for the purposes described herein.
By submitting your personal data, you acknowledge and accept the conditions of this Privacy Data.

1. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data will be collected and processed by CENTROMIM, in the capacity of the data controller.
The collected personal data will be processed and stored electronically by CENTROMIM for the management of its contact and clarification requests, namely to reply to such requests, through the “Contact Form”, as well as registration for events organised by CENTROMIM, through a “Registration Form”. The data collected are necessary for carrying out the contact and/or a registration in events, and therefore all the required data shall be mandatorily delivered, under penalty of not being possible to follow up your contact and/or your registration.
In any of the above-mentioned cases, CENTROMIM assumes that the personal data were submitted by the respective data subject or that its submission was authorized by the same. CENTROMIM further assumes that those data are real, accurate and up-to-date.
2. DATA COMMUNICATION
CENTROMIM may communicate your personal data to subcontracted third parties for and for the purposes above mentioned, under the terms of the contracts executed with such parties. CENTROMIM ensures that the subcontracted entities present sufficient guarantees of execution of appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the security of the data processed thereby.
Similarly, CENTROMIM may communicate your data to third parties other than the subcontracted parties, provided that for this purpose it has obtained the unambiguous consent of users, or under the terms of the applicable legislation, in particular when the communication is performed in order to comply with a legal obligation, a decision from the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (the National Data Protection Commission, hereinafter “CNPD”) or another supervisory authority or court order.
3. USERS’ RIGHTS
Under the applicable law, the User may request, at all times, access to the personal data concerning him/her, as well as its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, data portability or object to the processing by sending a written request, addressed to CENTROMIM to info@centromim.pt or by letter to the address Rua António da Silva Brinco, 265 / 3750-122 Águeda - Portugal.
Under the applicable law, and using a request submitted to the above-mentioned contacts, you further have the right to withdraw your consent, at all times, which does not invalidate the processing carried out up to that date based on the previously obtained consent.
4. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed by CENTROMIM shall only be stored for the necessary period for such purposes. After this period the data shall be permanently erased.
5. COOKIES

Without prejudice to any other means of administrative or judicial action, you have the right to file a complaint with CNPD or other competent control authority under the law, in case you consider that processing of your personal data violates the law in force at the time.
